Heard Shri Ramesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the husband of the petitioner was working on the post of Wardboy died on 17.03.2024 and a request has been made by the petitioner to release the provident fund, gratuity etc. admissible to the petitioner being a legal heir. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case respondent no. 3 Chief Medical Officer, Reebareli is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 13.04.2024 of the petitioner expeditiously. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner. 6. In light of the above, this petition is disposed of at the admission stage with a direction to the respondent no. 3 Chief Medical Officer, Raebareli to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2024 (Annexure No. 5) within six weeks by a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 7.
