Majibur Rahman, son of late Abdul Kadir, Village-2 No. Bongalbori, Police Station-Jagiroad, District-Morigaon has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for his pre-arrest bail in Jagiroad Police Station Case No. 69/2024, registered under Section 365/368 of the IPC, corresponding to G.R. No. Page No.# 2/2 349/2024. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that on completion of the investigation of the case, Police submitted charge-sheet in said Jagiroad P.S. Case No. 69/2024 on 30.04.2025 vide charge-sheet No. 78/2025. 4) In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail in said Jagiroad P.S. Case No. 69/2024. 5) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
