The petitioner claims dues to the tune of Rs. 33,85,008.00 in lieu of certain work and services provided to the opp. parties during the Lok Sabha elections of 2020. Apart from the point of limitation involved, if a suit was to be preferred, which would be 3 years, Learned counsel for the Election Commission says that after verification of dues, an amount of Rs. 24,29,145.00 has already been paid and the rest of the amount, as claimed, he disputes. In view of the above, we see no reason to entertain this petition. The petitioner, if it is otherwise permissible in law, may avail other remedies.
