Ajay rik Mishra & others", in FIR No. 366/2018, U/Ss147, 148, 302, 34, 452 I.P.C P.S.- Kurwar, District- Sultanpur pending before him, expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only prayer of the petitioner is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct Additional Session Judge, Court no.8, Sultanpur to decide the Session Trail No 40/2019 , "State. Vs. Ajay rik Mishra & others", in FIR No. 366/2018, U/Ss147, 148, 302, 34, 452 I.P.C P.S.- Kurwar, District- Sultanpur pending before him expeditiously in accordance with law. 6.
