JUSTICE MITALI THAKURIA ORDER Date : 22-05-2025 The case was taken up through the Video Conferencing. 2. Heard Mr. M. K. Choudhury, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. T. N. Srinivasan, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 3. This interlocutory application has been filed for making necessary corrections in the order passed by this Court on 08.04.2025 in Bail Application Case No. 1011/2025, wherein, in paragraph 17 as well as in sub-paragraphs (i), (ii), (iii), and (iv) of the said bail order, it has been erroneously noted as “learned Special Judge, Sribhumi” instead of “learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sribhumi”. 4. It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that in the aforesaid bail order, the bail bond was directed to be to the satisfaction of the “learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sribhumi”; however, it was inadvertently recorded as to the satisfaction of the “learned Special Judge, Sribhumi”. Accordingly, he prays for correction of the same. 5. In view of the above, this interlocutory application is allowed, Page No.# 3/4 and the order dated 08.04.2025 passed in Bail Application Case No. 1011/2025 stands corrected and modified to the extent indicated below: Bail Appln./1011/2025; Paragraph 17 as well as sub- paragraphs (i), (ii), (iii), and (iv); “Accordingly, it is provided that on furnishing a bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only each with 2 (two) sureties of like amount, provided that one surety has to be a government servant, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sribhumi, Assam the accused/petitioners, namely, 1. Kuldeep Yadav, 2. Gambheer Singh and 3. Santosh Kumar, be enlarged on bail, subject to the following conditions: (i) that the petitioners shall appear before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sribhumi, on each and every date to be fixed by the Court; (ii) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; (iii) that the petitioners shall submit the Aadhar Card and PAN Card before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sribhumi; and Page No.# 4/4 (iv) that the petitioners shall not leave the jurisdiction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sribhumi, without prior permission.” 6. This order passed in the Interlocutory Application may be treated to be a part of the order dated 08.04.2025. 7. In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
