Rahul Chauhan vs. Ms. Dityanshi Srivastava, U/S 13 (1) (i-a), Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, expeditiously (annexed as Annexure No.1), as decided by this Hon'ble Court" 3. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2024, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the case before the court concerned, which shall be considered in terms of the administrative guidelines of this court in accordance with law. 4.
