ORDER:
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as accused in Crime No.71 of 2021 of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Vijayawada City, registered under Section 110 (E) of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973.
3. The learned counsel further submits that registration of F.I.R. under Section 110 (E) of Cr.P.C. is not permissible and places reliance on the
judgment of the High Court State of Telangana rendered in the matter of Reddigari Srinivas Reddy and others v. State of Telangana1, wherein the learned single Judge, while dealing with the identical issue, found fault with the registration of crime under Sections 110E, 107 and 106 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam issued the proceedings M.C. No.132 of 2021 and it was valid only for six months and after six months, the proceedings would remain closed.
5. Considering the submissions and the considering the law laid down by the High Court for the State of Telangana in similar matters, Crime

No.71 of 2021 of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Vijayawada City, registered against the petitioner is hereby quashed and accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed.
