The petitioner wants restoration of the electricity connection which was granted in the name of his grandfather, who is no more. The father of the petitioner has also expired. The petitioner claims that he is unable to pay the electricity dues. Learned counsel for the electricity corporation says that the Executive Engineer on sympathetic consideration has waived off the interest and now the arrears are payable in four installments of Rs.18,457.00 and for the fresh electricity connection registration amount of Rs. 17,120.00 is required. The said document, copy of which has been provided to the petitioner is taken on record. In these circumstances there is nothing that we can do in the matter. Petitioner may pursue other remedies as may be prescribed under law. The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
