The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Sultanpur to decide the Special Sessions Trial no. 189/2022, (State of U.P. Versus Shobi Siddiqui) arising out of case crime no. 436/2021, under sections 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. and section 3 (1) Da, Dha, S.C./S.T. Act at police station Baldirai, District Sultanpur pending in the court of Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Sultanpur as early as possible, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge- sheet was submitted before the competent Court, on which, cognizance was taken on 08.03.2022, but charge has not been framed. He also submits that a direction may be issued to the competent Court to pass an appropriate order for framing of charge and to expedite the trial. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the offense in question is of the year 2022. However, he does not dispute the fact that as per the documents annexed with the petition, charge has not been framed till today and the matter is next listed on 05.03.2025. 5. Considering the contents of the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the competent Court to proceed in accordance with law expeditiously.
