The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranga P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, for the offence under Section 64 of the B.N.S. and Section 04/06 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of Sri Birendra Kumar Srivastava, learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Sahibganj, Jharkhand. On 03.11.2024 at about 07:00 a.m., petitioner is alleged to have raped the minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the medical report does not support the factum of rape. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
