M.HARI BABU The Court made the following ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for following relief: “to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge her duties and also forced her to resign the post of Village Organisation Assistant (VOA), Muddurthi Village, Chodavaram Mandal, Anakapalle 2 CGR, J W.P. No.7783 of 2025 District, is highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper, violation of Principles of Natural Justice apart from violative of the Articles 14, 16 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.3 & 4 to allow the petitioner to discharge her duties as Village Organization Assistant (VOA) Muddurthi Village, Chodavaram Mandal, Anakapalle District, with all consequential benefits and pass such other orders.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.Hari Babu, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4, placed on record resolution dated 24.11.2024, by which petitioner has been removed as VOA and new person came to be appointed. 3. In view of the above said development, cause in the writ petition does not survive. However, petitioner is granted liberty to work out her remedies in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
