Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to consider and decide the Application No.323 dated 06.09.2024 submitted in the office of the District Magistrate, District Lucknow on dated 2.9.2024 for issuance of an additional 22 bore rifle license in favour of the petitioner as early as possible." 3.
