The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that despite direction for taking action against the Gaon Pradhan in terms of the order passed by this Court, no steps are being taken. 3. Learned Standing counsel based upon the instructions states that the notice issued against the Gaon Pradhan could not be served as he was serving detention in jail and now the notice has been affixed on 19.02.2025 and the order shall be passed expeditiously. 4. In view of the said statement, no further directions are required. 5. It is expected that the State authority may act in accordance with law with all expedition. 6.
