Also heard Mr. B Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed praying for condonation of 6 days delay in preferring the connected Criminal Revision Petition. 3. This Court is of the opinion that going for issue of notice to the respondent No. 2 will be sheer waste of time. 4. The delay has been satisfactorily explained. Therefore, the said delay of 6 (six) days in preferring the connected Criminal Revision Petition is hereby condoned and this interlocutory application is allowed. 5.
