Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel appearing for the complainant. 2. This second short term bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to allow the applicant to attend the 'Tehrvi' ceremony of his mother, which is scheduled on 23.02.2025. 3. In pursuance of the earlier order, Shri Rao Narendra Singh, learned A.G.A. places the report dated 19.02.2025 duly signed by Mr. Avanishwar Chandra Srivastava-Deputy Superintendent of Police, STF, Lucknow and submits that the 'Tehrvi' ceremony of the mother of the applicant is scheduled on 23.02.2025. The aforesaid instructions are taken on record. 4. Considering the contents of the present short term bail application as well as written instructions placed by the learned A.G.A., District Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar, Superintendent of Police, Ambedkar Nagar as well as Superintendent, District Jail, Ambedkar Nagar are directed to facilitate the applicant in attending the 'Tehrvi' ceremony of his mother, in proper police protection, which is to be held at Village Kotwa Mahmadpur, Post Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar. It is further directed that the authorities shall also ensure that after participation in the 'Tehrvi' ceremony, the appellant be sent back to the jail on the same day, i.e., on 23.02.2025 and transmit the information of the same to this Court, forthwith. 5. Learned A.G.A. as well as Office is directed to communicate this order to the Officers concerned for necessary compliance, forthwith. 6. The short term bail application is, accordingly, disposed of.
