Mr. Ajay Veer Pundir, learned counsel, for the applicant through VC. 2. Mr. Arvind Vashistha, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mrs. Monika Pant, learned counsel, for the respondent through VC. 3. The counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent/contemnor stating, therein, categorically in paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit, that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, and the retiral dues of the applicant was paid by the Department, and therefore, the order, which has been complained of, has been complied with, and the contempt petition required to be closed. 4. Per contra Mr. Ajay Veer Pundir, learned counsel for the applicant though objected to the aforesaid statement made by the learned senior counsel for the respondent, and submitted that the amount which has been paid to the applicant is not correct and some higher amount should have been paid. 5. Heard the learned counsels for the parties and having perused the pleadings exchanged between the parties, this Court is of the opinion that the order since been complied with, there is no need to keep this petition pending, and as to whether the applicant is being paid his retiral dues on the sanctioned amount, the higher amount is needed for the applicant, for which the applicant is free to take legal recourses available to him. 6.
