The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 49/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C & 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 23.08.2024, Cyber police Jamtara, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled near Baka Pahari, Narayanpur, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones and other articles were recovered from their possession. 4. It appears that one victim has turned up to claim that mobile phone which was used in the cheating him, recovered from possession of this petitioner. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about a year. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
