Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order of attachment dated 28.08.2024 passed by the Recovery Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Allahabad in DRC No. 5 of 2023, HDFC Bank Ltd. Vs. M/S Kamal Traders and others, contained as Annexure No. 1 to the petition." 3. The counsel for the petitioner states that a recall application has already been filed, which is pending before the DRT. 4.In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with direction to decide the recall application, if the same is pending, in accordance with law. The petitioner is also permitted to take such other steps as may be advised under law.
