The instant second bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioner in connection with FIR No.275/2023 registered at Police Station Kekri City, District Ajmer for the offence under Section 302 IPC. 2. As per the statements made by learned counsel for the accused-petitioner out of total 18 prosecution witnesses, 17 witnesses have been examined before the learned trial Court so far. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the allegation against the accused-petitioner is of an offence punishable under Section 302 IPC and out of total 18 prosecution witnesses, 17 witnesses have already been examined and the trial of the case is also fagend, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
