Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- "(i) Issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing learned Principal Judge, Lucknow to decide the Case No. 446 of 2023 u/s 125 Cr.P.C. (Swati Kalra and others vs. Mayank Arora) within a period of six months, or the interim maintenance application may be decided within two weeks." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only prayer of the petitioner is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Principal Judge, Lucknow to decide the said interim maintenance application of the petitioner within a period of one month in accordance with law. 6.
