According to the petitioner, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent police but the said complaint has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the present petition is filed by the petitioner. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent received the complaint but thereafter, the complainant has not appeared. If the petitioner appear before the second respondent, then they will consider and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 4.
