As per respondents, case of the petitioner for release of gratuity has been sent to the office of Accountant General and as and when sanction is received, gratuity shall be released. 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
