Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite party no.1 and Mr. Savitra Vardhan Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties no.2,3 & 4. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to University authorities to provide Original Question Book-let with OMR Answer-sheet of petitioner regarding Ph.D. (Regular) Entrance Examination (2024-25). 3. Further prayer for a direction to the concerned authority of the University for re-examination of the Book-let with OMR Answer-sheet pertaining to the said examination is also under challenge. 4. Learned counsel for University however submits that a carbon copy of the OMR-sheet of the aforesaid examination pertaining to petitioner is already available with him as has already been annexed to the petition itself. It is further submitted that the Answer-key pertaining to the particular Question Book-let is also available on the website of the University from where the petitioner can very well compare his Answer-sheet with the Key and therefore there is no occasion for providing petitioner with any further documents or information. 5. In view of aforesaid submissions, petitioner may very well compare his Answer-sheet with Answer- key which is already available online and in case of any discrepancy, may apply to the University authorities under any provision for scrutiny or evaluation, which ever may be available. 6. With the aforesaid liberty, petition stands disposed of.
