ORDER This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the third respondent on 29.01.2025 and consequently, seeking a direction for the lifting of the bank attachment maintained with Indian Bank.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain unexplained cash credits were added to the total income of the petitioner, which led to the passing of the assessment order on 23.03.2024. The petitioner has filed an appeal against the said order, which is now pending.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is
