Considering the innocuous but genuine nature of the relief being prayed for through the medium of this representative writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of at its very inception stage by directing the respondents No. 4 to 6 i.e., Chief Engineer, Roads and Buildings Department (R&B) Kargil, U. T. of Ladakh; the District Superintending Engineer, Roads and Buildings (R&B) Department Kargil, U. T. of Ladakh and the Executive Engineer, Roads and Buildings (R&B) Department Kargil, U. T. of Ladakh to 01 Regular examine the issue of macadamization of the road being referred to in the writ petition. 02. If the request for road improvement as solicited by the Inhabitants of Village Chuliskhamboo is found to be feasible, the same shall be done as early as possible so as to serve the convenience of the Inhabitants of the Village Chuliskhamboo. 03. This Court leaves it to the discretion of the respondents No. 4 to 6 regarding the time factor considering that the winter season is about to set in and the intended exercise might not be feasible in the matter of carrying out development of the road but nevertheless it is expected that the respondents concerned would act within a reasonable spell of time. 04.
