Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.10.2024 whereby the claim of the petitioner under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 was dismissed on the ground that the said claim is beyond limitation. 3. A similar issue had engaged the attention of this Court and was decided in Writ - C No.1783 of 2025 (Santosh Kumar Prajapati v. Authority Under Minimum Wages Act 1948 and Regional Labour Commissioner (Central) Kanpur and 2 Ors.) on 28.02.2025. 4. In view thereof, adopting the reasoning as contained in the judgment dated 28.02.2025 and on the same terms and conditions, the present petition stands disposed off.
