The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-II, Raebareli to decide the case of petitioners bearing Original Suit No.82/2020 (Surya Pratap Singh & Another Versus Mohd. Saleem & Others) expeditiously and within reasonable period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2020, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit and the trial court shall endevour to decide the suit expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. 4.
