Sandhawalia, Chief Justice [Oral] LPA No.113 of 2025 The present Letters Patent Appeal arises out of the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in CMP No.4178 of 2025, filed in CWP No.3714 of 2025, titled as Himachal Pradesh Boxing Association and another versus Union of India and others, wherein he had stayed the rejection of the nomination on 12.03.2025 of Mr. Anurag Singh Thakur. 2. On 25.04.2025, we had stayed the operation of the said order, while taking note of the fact that there were proceedings pending in the High Court of Delhi and also at High Court of Bombay. 3. The matter was then taken to the Apex Court in SLP (Civil) No.13847 of 2025, titled as Himachal Pradesh Boxing Association & Anr. versus Ajay Singh & Ors., which was heard with SLP (Civil) No.14166 of 2025, and vide order dated 19.05.2025, the Apex Court disposed of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner(s) to file a fresh writ petition before the High Court of Delhi or join the pending proceedings therein. 2025:HHC:17992 - 3 - 4. Resultantly, the learned Single Judge has also vide order dated 22.05.2025 closed the proceedings in terms of directions issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 5. Keeping in view the above fact, the present Letters Patent Appeal has been rendered infructuous. LPA No.113 of 2025 6. The present Letters Patent Appeal arises out of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in CMP No.5177 of 2025, filed in CWP No.4394 of 2025, titled as Anoop Kumar Handa and another versus Union of India and others, wherein directions had been issued that the Secretary of Sports, Government of India, shall appoint an independent observer to oversee and ensure fair, transparent and obstruction-free conduct of the elections of the Boxing Federation of India. 7. Resultantly, on 25.04.2025, we had stayed the operation of the said order while noting the contentions of the appellant. The said order was challenged in SLP (Civil) No.14166 of 2025 which was heard with SLP (Civil) No.13847 of 2025 and the said writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner(s) to file a fresh writ petition before the High Court of Delhi or join the 2025:HHC:17992 - 4 - pending proceedings therein. 8. Resultantly, the learned Single Judge has also vide order dated 22.05.2025 closed the proceedings in terms of directions issued by the Apex Court. 9. Keeping in view the above fact, the present Letters Patent Appeal has also been rendered infructuous. 10. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. (G.S.
