Through the medium of the instant application, duly supported by an affidavit, the respondent seeks permission to place on record a tabulated statement of the payments received by him from the petitioner in terms of the order dated 20.05.2026. 2. For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and the enclosed tabulated statement is taken on record. 3. Application is disposed of. CRM(M) 610/2025: CrlM(1506/2025 4. Since the instant petition, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), arises out of the impugned order dated 26.09.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Sub-Judge, Small Causes), Srinagar, in the course of proceedings pertaining to five complaints instituted by the respondent/complainant against the petitioner/accused under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, therefore, this Court endeavoured to explore a possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties. 5. Pursuant to the suggestions made by the Court, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement whereby the petitioner/accused has agreed to pay, and the respondent/complainant agreed to accept, a further sum of Rs. 4.50 lakhs (Rupees Four Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) towards full and final settlement of all disputes and liabilities arising out of the aforesaid complaints. 6. The learned counsel for the parties and the respondent/complainant who is present in person shall get their statements recorded in attestation of this settlement before the learned Registrar Judicial of this Court. It was agreed by the petitioner/accused that he shall pay the agreed amount of Rs. 4.50 lakhs (Four lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) towards the respondent/complainant within a period of four months from today. 7. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, all five complaints pending before the learned trial Magistrate under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act shall stand disposed of. In the event of any breach of the settlement by the petitioner/accused, the learned trial Magistrate shall get the same executed under law. 8. A copy of this order shall be forwarded to the learned trial Magistrate for information and compliance. 9.
