Petitioner took education loan for studies of his son. Since a default was committed in repayment of that loan, therefore Punjab National Bank issued a recovery citation on 06.10.2025 for recovery of Rs. 9,76,377/-. Thus feeling aggrieved petitioner has approached this Court, challenging recovery citation. 3. Case was adjourned yesterday, on the request Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the Bank. Today, Mr. Joshi, submits that if petitioner makes representation for one time settlement of the loan, then his request shall be considered by competent authority in the Bank. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation. If he makes representation within one week from today, the competent authority in the bank shall take decision thereupon within two weeks thereafter. 5.
