In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to opposite parties no.5 to 8 is dispensed with. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of the application for interim relief filed by the petitioner in case no.1477/2024. From a perusal of the order sheet it appears that the opposite parties have not yet put in appearance in the said proceedings but in view of the urgency indicated by the learned counsel for the petitioner opposite party no.2 is directed to decide the pending application for temporary injunction within a period of six weeks from the date report regarding service upon defendants is brought on record. In the meantime the authority may also consider application for grant of interim relief if a case is made out for the same by the petitioner.
