This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 10.10.2024 bearing Case Crime No.447 of 2024, under Section 103(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Dariyabad, District Barabanki. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court as permissible under the law.
