Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a order or direction directing the Learned 3rd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Lakhimpur Kheri to decide the pending Case Number 425/2020, under section 125(3) r/w 128 Cr.P.C. "Smt. Pushpa devi versus Shravan Kumar" filed on dated 16.07.2020, for enforcement of order dated 18/03/1989, 05/03/2020 passed under section 125/127 Cr.P.C., case no. 228/1988, 364/2013 expeditiously within stipulated period of time, as directed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a order or direction directing the Learned 3rd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Lakhimpur Kheri for issuance of recovery certificate, for recover of maintenance arrear of the petitioner, due upon the respondent no. 2, in pursuance to the order dated 05/03/2020, form the land revenue of the respondent no. 2." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only prayer of the petitioner is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Additional Principal Judge-III, Family Court, Lakhimpur Kheri to decide the pending Case No. 425/2020, u/s 125(3) r/w 128 Cr.P.C. (Smt. Pushpa devi versus Shravan Kumar) within one month in accordance with law. 6. In view of the aforesaid terms, this petition stands disposed of.
