Learned State Counsel on the basis of written instructions dated 04.05.2025, which is taken on record, submits that on the basis of complaint submitted by petitioner, a case under Sections 47A of the Indian Stamp Act,1899 has been registered as Case no.D202510460000806 in which notices have also been issued. 4. In view thereof, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in this petition, which is accordingly consigned to record.
