The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved by the applicant with a prayer to quash the proceeding of ST No. 28 of 2017, Radhey Shyam Vs. Jiyalal, arising out of Complaint Case No.1571 of 2014, under section Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C, Police Station Jaitpur, District Ambedkarnagar. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for opposite party No.2, learned A.G.A and perused the record. The parties have entered into compromise and filed compromise between the parties before this Court which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have entered into compromise and filed compromise before this Court, therefore, he request to quash the entire proceedings of the case on the basis of compromise between the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties as well as learned A.G.A, since the matter has been settled between the parties amicably, therefore, it is expedient to direct the parties to appear before the learned trial court within a period of 30 days from today and to file compromise before the learned trial court which shall be verified and then the parties may file fresh application with certified copy of verified compromise before this Court. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of finally. Office is directed to return the copy of compromise between the parties to the learned counsel for the applicant for verification by the learned trial court.
