Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 231 of 2019 arising out of Barhait P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 332, 333, 337, 307, 353, 116, 109 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sahibganj. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected vide B.A. No. 11836 of 2023 and B.A. No. 4531 of 2024 respectively. 4. A doctor was assaulted by the petitioner and other accused persons as a child who was under his treatment, died. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2023. 6. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that some police personnel sustained multiple injuries. 7. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sahibganj in connection with S.T. Case No. 231 of 2019 arising out of Barhait P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
