Dey, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, today has produced a document showing that the demarcation of the petitioner’s land had been conducted on 13.12.2024 at 11:30 A.M. He submits that as the demarcation has been done, the matter perhaps may be closed. 2. Mr. S. Thapa, learned counsel for the petitioner though not disputing the fact that demarcation has been done, submits that the manner in which the demarcation that was carried out was not scientific at all. 3. Notwithstanding the objections, as the demarcation as directed had been concluded, nothing remains for consideration in the present writ petition, inasmuch as, if the petitioner is still aggrieved he has recourse to further remedy. 4.
