Since in a connected matter in WPO/410/2025 an order has already been passed on 8th January 2025 directing the municipal authorities to take appropriate steps in accordance with law and to bring the proceeding already initiated by them in respect of the premises no. 86D/1B, APC Road, Ward – 37, Borough – V to a logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 16 weeks from the date of communication of this order and since, the petitioner by the aforesaid petition, inter alia, seeks for consideration of its representation pertaining to regularisation of illegal construction at the above premises, I am of the view that there is no scope to allow the 2 petition since the municipal authority has already been directed to stop illegal construction. As such nothing survives in the writ petition. 2. The writ petition stands disposed of, without any further order, in terms of the order dated 8th January 2025 passed in WPO/410/2025.
