The Corporation authorities in consultation with the Transport Department and Traffic Police has to take a decision to ensure free flow of traffic and for the benefit of the people. It is a decision to be taken in consultation with various authorities and expertise is required. 2.The High Court cannot sit over such decisions or proposals in order to issue a direction to construct bus shelter in a particular place or shift the bus shelter from one place to another or otherwise. All such administrative decisions are to be taken in consultation with the various Government Departments and taking note of the public conveniences and other mitigating circumstances. Thus, the relief as such sought for is misconceived. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
