Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel who has submitted that the petitioners are seeking implementation of an order dated 21.10.2024 passed in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is urged that first and foremost the parties who were before the demarcation court have not been impleaded in the instant case. It has further been pointed out that one Sri Satish Chandra and Suryakant have filed a civil suit in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court no.20, District Barabanki bearing R.S no.53 of 2025 wherein on 16.01.2025, the trial court has passed an interim order.
