CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE.
ORDER 04.11.2025
01. Mr. Jahangir Ahmad Dar, learned GA, submits that in compliance to the Order passed by this on 2nd July, 2020 in the instant writ petition, the respondents have passed a detailed consideration order, by virtue of which, the case of the petitioner for seeking employment stands rejected. He further submits that he has already filed an application being CM No. 4477/2025 for seeking permission of this Court to place on record copy of compliance report along with consideration
order enclosed with the application.
02. For the reasons stated in the application coupled with what has been argued by learned counsel for the respondents, the same is allowed. The compliance report along with
consideration order enclosed with application is taken on record subject to all just exception.
03. CM No. 4477/2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.
04. From the bare perusal of order of consideration which has been placed on record along with compliance report, it is apparently clear that the petitioner has been accorded due
consideration in compliance to the Order passed by this Court on 2nd July, 2020 and found devoid of any merit and the same stood rejected. In terms of aforesaid order, it has been admitted by the respondents that the case of the petitioner to the extent of monetary compensation is under consideration.
05. Thus, in the light of the order of consideration passed by the respondents, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the instant petition alive and, therefore, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the same at this stage with the consent of learned counsel for the parties.
06. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel for parties, the instant petition is taken up for final disposal and disposed of with a direction to the respondents to process the case of the petitioner for due compensation in accordance with law and in the light of admission already made by the respondents in the detailed consideration order dated 23rd October, 2024,
which has been placed on record along with compliance report, within a period of two moths from the date a copy of this order along with writ petition and enclosed annexures are made available to the respondents.
07. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms along with connected CM(s).
