After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays for liberty to file writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as he challenges the proceedings before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above.
