The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite parties to decide the pending case Original Suit No. 53/2018 Mata Prasad Vs. Om Prakash Agarwal, which is pending since 21.05.2018 before the o.p. no. 1." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2018, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
