Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 19.11.2024, whereby an order has been passed for recovery of the amount as assessed in the said order. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners that no opportunity of hearing was granted prior to passing of the said order. The order impugned also does not indicate that any opportunity of hearing was granted. 4. Solely on the ground that no opportunity of hearing was granted, the impugned order is quashed. A fresh order may be passed in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing. The petitioner is also permitted to raise the question of jurisdiction as and when, any order is proposed to be passed and a show cause notice is issued. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
