Learned counsel for the Bank says that the amount lying in the Bank account of the husband of the petitioner has not been released to any one neither the mother of the deceased nor the petitioner. 3. The petitioner, if she has a claim, will have to obtain a valid Succession Certificate from Court of competent jurisdiction, as, the Succession Certificate from the District Magistrate is only for an estate value of which does not exceed Rs.5000/-. 4. We find merit in the submission of the learned counsel for the Bank. The petitioner should be advised to do the needful as per law. 5.
