By the present Application, the legal heirs of the Appellant have prayed for condonation of delay of 2224 days caused while filing the Application for bringing the legal heirs of the Appellant on record, setting aside the abatement and seeking permission to bring them on record as legal heirs of the Appellant. 2. The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body fairly raised no objection. Accordingly, the abatement is set aside. The Applicants are permitted to bring them as legal heirs of the Appellant on record.
