The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 2 to conduct an enquiry against the opposite party no. 5 under Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 (Contained as Annexure No. 1), in the interest of justice. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that Enquiry Officer has already been appointed in the matter. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the proceedings expeditiously in accordance with law.
