Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By means of this petition, a prayer has been made to direct the opp. party Nos. 2 and 3 to ensure the recovery of money in compliance of order dated 9.6.2023 passed by the U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow. In this connection the petitioner has already submitted an application (Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition). 3. It has been orally submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no appeal has been filed against the order dated 9.6.2023 passed by the U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, pursuant to which recover certificate dated 13.12.2023 was issued. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of finally with direction to the District Magistrate, Lucknow/opp. party No. 2 to execute the recovery certificate dated 13.12.2023 passed in compliance of order 9.6.2023 within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is furnished before him, unless there is any legal impediment in this regard in which case he shall inform the petitioner in writing within the aforesaid period.
