Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the police completed investigation in Crime No.82 of 2018 of Polaki Police Station, Srikakulam District and laid charge sheet before the concerned Court vide SC No.33 of 2025 and the same is coming for charges. 3. In that view of the matter, as the Writ Petition is filed for directing the police to conduct investigation in the above crime, needs no further adjudication, at this length of time, as charge sheet was filed before the concerned Magistrate. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission itself.
