Petitioner has approached this Court for the following main reliefs: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to opp. Party No.2 to 3 not to harass the petitioner as well as his family members in any manner. ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the investigation officer in Case Crime No.526/2024, Under Section-143 BNS registered at Police Station-Safdarganj, District-Barabanki against the Opposite party no.4 to ensure the recovery of the wife of the petitioner from the Opposite party no.4, in interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that there was an F.I.R. lodge in which, petitioner was required. He submits that in the said case, final report has already been submitted and now petitioner is no more required in the said case. 4. The statement of learned A.G.A. is taken on record. 5.
